Frequently Asked Questions about A+PEL Scholarships and Grants

Do I have to be an A+PEL member to apply for a scholarship or grant? No. Membership is not required.
How will I be notified if I received the grant/scholarship or not?   Winners will be notified by postal mail with a letter stating the award and instructions as well as a certificate of award. Those applications who were not awarded will also be notified by postal mail. 
How often can I apply or be awarded a scholarship or grant? Each scholarship/grant award recipient is only eligible to be awarded once in any 365-day period. 365 days from the submission deadline of the awarded scholarship or grant, the recipient is eligible to be awarded another scholarship/grant.
What is the deadline to apply for each scholarship/grant?  Each scholarship/grant has a specific deadline (there is not one deadline that applies to all). Please refer to the scholarship/grant overview and deadlines  for the specific dates.
